TOOLS > How do I auto-archive completed processes?

Tired of manually archiving completed processes and de-cluttering your dashboard? Now you can auto-archive completed processes after a certain period of time.

How to turn-on and choose a time period for auto-archiving completed processes?

1. In your Settings, navigate to Organization -> Details

2. Turn the toggle for "Auto-archive processes where all tasks are completed?" to 'Yes' and select number of weeks after which the system should auto-archive a completed processes.


 

3. Click "Save Changes" to save the settings.
