Steps in a process are usually dependent on each other! So the information you add to each form field must also be relevant. That's why we've created the Insert Variable feature. Use it to make acquired information accessible across steps.
Insert Variable Feature
The Insert Variable option is found above any description box. Use it to add past File Upload and Form Field information. Photos, images, and files can appear in various tasks thanks to this tool!
- Add data you want to pull out in subsequent tasks/steps. You'll be able to do this by creating form fields in your template steps.
2. Refer to these data fields. Go to your step details tab and create your description, select and insert your form variable.
