ACCESS > Connect to Third Party App Without Cookies

If you have reported technical issues when connecting Tallyfy to a third-party app, the support team may ask you to connect using a private browser window that does not use cookies. This is because some cookies interfere with the third connection process.
Follow these instructions to connect to a private browser window:
Using Google Chrome?
- Open Chrome.
- On your browser toolbar, click More
- Click "New Incognito Window"
- In the new incognito window, log onto the app you are trying to connect (ie: Zapier)
- Proceed to connect the third-party app to Tallyfy
Using Internet Explorer 9, 10, and 11 (Windows)?
- Open Internet Explorer and click on Settings
- Click on Safety, then click "InPrivate Browsing"
- In the new InPrivate window, log onto the app you are trying to connect (ie: Zapier)
- Proceed to connect the third-party app to Tallyfy
Using Safari?
- Click on File, then click "New Private Window"
- In the new Private window, log onto the app you are trying to connect (ie: Zapier)
- Proceed to connect the third-party app to Tallyfy
Using Firefox?
- Open Mozilla Firefox.
- Click the Menu button on the top right.
- Click "New Private Window"
- In the new Private window, log onto the app you are trying to connect (ie: Zapier)
- Proceed to connect the third party app to Tallyfy
