Do you want to run test processes or add test users to ensure that everything is running smoothly? 

Simply use the '+' trick in Gmail addresses to test guest and member assignments. It will send the guest view to your Gmail. Please note that this is only possible on Gmail accounts.

Go to the Assignee tab of your desired task.

Enter your email with a + sign and "guest" (or anything really) right before the @gmail.com. Make sure to click the  Enter, Space Bar, or comma buttons after the email to list it in the field. It will turn blue.

You can now test the process, and no one will be notified!
