FORM > How can I create a checklist form field where all options are required to be selected?

   Note: Docs plan can create form fields, but forms are read-only and printable.

If you have a checklist where you want to make sure all options are selected, we recommend that you create separate checklist form fields with one option and set each form field to be required.

1. In the blueprint step, go to the forms tab and create a separate checklist form field with a single option and mark it as required:

2. When you start a process, the assignee will see that they need to complete all the options in all the checklists before they are able to complete the task:
