TOOLS > What is guidance text in a form?

Guidance text is an optional description, instruction, or example that appears under each form field in a task. It can be 112 characters long.

Note: Docs plan can create form fields, but forms are read-only and printable. 

To add guidance text - in a template step, go to the forms tab and open the form field you would like to add guidance text to:

Click on the  Advanced section and type in your guidance text:

When you start the process, the task will show the guidance text in italics under the form field title and any urls will be clickable:
