TASK > How do I create sub-tasks?

Sometimes just naming a step in a process is not enough. You might need to provide extra guidance, remind your coworker of required steps, or gather relevant information. With  Form Fields, you can create sub-tasks under your steps. Checklists function as an easy way to make sure your coworker has completed the associated subtasks. 

Creating Sub-Tasks

Open your template in Edit mode. Select the desired step. Under the Details & Forms tab, you can add form fields. Select Checklist.

Enter the necessary subtasks. You may require that this checklist be completed.

Sub-Tasks in an Active Process

Once you start a process and a task is assigned, users will be able to checkmark the options in the checklist:
